Senior Software Engineer (AI Experience)

Wisy is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience building AI-powered applications at scale. You’ll help bridge model experimentation and production-grade performance, making data-driven insights accessible to global CPG brands.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Design and implement backend systems that power Wisy’s AI agents
• Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate models into production pipelines
• Optimize APIs for performance, security, and scalability
• Lead architectural decisions for our AI-enabled product stack
• Maintain and evolve CI/CD pipelines for rapid iteration
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Support deployment and monitoring of LLM-based features
• Improve logging, observability, and error-handling infrastructure
• Ensure compliance with security and data handling standards
• Mentor team members and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with Product and Design on user-facing workflows
• Troubleshoot system bottlenecks and guide technical decisions
• Maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) for scalable data flows
• Contribute to internal developer tooling and best practices
• Stay current with advances in AI engineering patterns

🧩 What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years in software engineering (backend and infrastructure focus)
• Proficient in Python, FastAPI/Flask, PostgreSQL, Docker, etc.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into user-facing products
• Familiarity with data streaming and pipeline frameworks
• Comfortable working in startup environments and agile teams
• Strong problem-solving and systems design skills
