90 Days = 7 Years in AI. Are You Moving Fast Enough?
Earlier this month, a bunch of smart humans got together at Kamay Code, a leading tech and innovation event in Cordoba, Argentina, focused on bridging startups and corporations. The topic: AI, agents, and the future of work.
Among the highlights: Wisy co-founder and human-AI-copilot evangelist Kasey Kumaran-Stark took the stage alongside folks from 7Puentes, AltScore, and Beyond Future.
Spoiler: AI isn’t coming for your job. But the person next to you who knows how to use AI? That’s another story.
And if your brand’s still in “wait and see” mode — good luck.

Here’s what you missed 👇
AI won’t take your job. But someone using AI will. Repetition is dead. Critical thinking is the new currency. Tasks based on memorization and routine are fading fast — the real value now lies in creativity, problem-solving, and collaborating with AI.
Start small. Move fast. “In AI, 90 days is like 7 years,” said Kasey. Skip the massive transformation project. Solve one real problem fast and treat AI as a productivity amplifier, not a silver bullet.
Agents won’t need step-by-step instructions. Give them a goal and context, and they’ll act autonomously — unlocking smarter, more realistic tools, especially for brands managing complex, real-world ops.
The AI curve is compounding — fast. If you’re waiting for the AI market to mature, congrats — you’re already behind.
Your data is still a mess. Fix it. “AI won’t clean your data for you,” said Kasey — and without solid data and strategic partners (think: SAP), even the best AI won’t land in the enterprise.
💬 Bonus wisdom from Gabriela Rugeri, Managing Partner at Kamay Ventures

“If a corporation is doing its job well, there’s no budget just sitting around waiting for innovation,” said Gabriela Rugeri. For CPG brands, real growth comes from partnering with startups that solve real problems. The fastest-growing brands aren’t building everything in-house — they’re building alliances that move the needle.

PS — The founders just wrapped a high-energy offsite in Panama: investor meetings, in-person team time, and a lot of strategy (plus a little sunshine). Big ideas, no Zoom fatigue. |
