About the Role:

We’re looking for a Flutter Mobile Engineer to help us build high-impact mobile experiences that enable users to interact seamlessly with Wisy’s real-time insights and AI-powered capabilities. You’ll lead the development of cross-platform apps that make these experiences intuitive, accessible, and fast — even in dynamic retail environments. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role for someone who thrives in fast-paced settings and enjoys shaping the mobile foundation of a product from the ground up. Core Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

As a Flutter Frontend Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling cross-platform mobile applications that deliver performance, responsiveness, and usability. You’ll work across teams to translate product requirements into well-structured, maintainable code and help define our mobile engineering standards.

• Design, develop, and deploy mobile applications using Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Dart code that adheres to best practices.
• Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, performant interfaces.
• Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to integrate APIs and define technical requirements.
• Build reusable code libraries and scalable architecture for rapid prototyping and long-term product growth.
• Optimize performance across devices, particularly on low-end Android hardware, by balancing responsiveness, accuracy, and resource consumption — including integrating on-device machine learning models where applicable.
• Conduct unit, widget, and integration testing to ensure application stability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix bugs reported in QA or production environments.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain technical documentation for internal knowledge sharing and onboarding.
• Support deployment processes and continuous integration workflows.
• Contribute ideas to improve mobile strategy and user engagement.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in Flutter, Dart, and mobile development best practices.
• Use AI to boost mobile development productivity, refactor UI components, and improve app performance diagnostics.

What We Require (What We’re Looking For):

• 3+ years of experience building production-grade mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Solid understanding of UI principles and responsive design.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Flutter packages, and version control tools like Git.
• Knowledge of performance optimization and memory management in mobile environments.
• Experience working in agile or fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.
• Familiarity with analytics, crash reporting, or performance monitoring tools.
• Prior contributions to open-source Flutter packages or community forums.
