About Us
At Wisy, we’re reimagining the way CPG companies understand the physical retail world. Our AI-powered platform transforms fragmented retail data into real-time, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, faster execution, and better outcomes on the shelf. As we scale our impact and operations globally, we’re building a leadership team that moves fast, thinks strategically, and delivers measurable results — and we’re looking for a Chief of Staff to help make that happen.
About the Role
As Chief of Staff, you’ll work directly with Wisy’s CEO and cofounding team to drive strategic alignment, operational clarity, and organizational effectiveness across the company. This role is ideal for a highly organized operator who thrives in dynamic environments, balances vision with execution, and wants a front-row seat to high-growth startup leadership.
Core Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and cofounding team.
- Drive alignment and accountability across departments through structured planning and follow-through.
- Lead execution and tracking of company-wide OKRs.
- Prepare and coordinate investor updates, board materials, and strategic communications.
- Run weekly executive meetings and manage key decisions and next steps.
- Identify organizational gaps and propose scalable operational solutions.
- Own and lead special cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
- Build internal reporting dashboards and optimize performance tracking.
- Use AI tools for research, executive briefings, internal reporting, and optimizing decision-making workflows.
- Draft and refine high-impact internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Support fundraising efforts through research, modeling, and investor coordination.
- Conduct competitive and market research to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with People Ops on hiring plans, headcount alignment, and org design.
- Lead retrospective processes and ensure learning loops across the org.
- Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings when needed.
- Maintain the highest level of discretion in handling confidential projects.
What We Value
- Strategic clarity with a bias for action.
- Operational rigor and structure without bureaucracy.
- Ownership — you follow through and drive outcomes independently.
- Curiosity and a love for solving ambiguous problems.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust across the org.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
What We Require (What We’re Looking For)
- 3–5+ years in consulting, venture capital, business strategy, or a Chief of Staff role.
- Direct experience working with C-level executives in a high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills — you can turn complexity into clarity.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing contexts.
- US time zone availability required.
- Startup or tech company experience preferred.
