About the Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and results-driven Enterprise Sales Executive to lead new business efforts in the U.S. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle, build relationships with top-tier CPG brands, and play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategy during a critical phase of growth.

Core Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
  • Identify customer pain points and articulate Wisy’s value proposition clearly and effectively.
  • Lead complex deal negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align solutions with real-world customer needs.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Create and manage strategic account plans with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Drive multi-threaded engagement across departments within key accounts.
  • Represent Wisy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track pipeline, conversion, and KPIs.
  • Work closely with Marketing on campaigns that support pipeline development.
  • Provide continuous feedback to refine sales strategies, materials, and playbooks.
  • Stay informed on CPG and AI trends to anticipate market shifts.
  • Be a key contributor to Wisy’s evolving GTM and revenue operations.
  • Leverage AI-powered sales tools for lead scoring, email personalization, pipeline forecasting, and customer intelligence.

What We Require (What We’re Looking For)
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales (CPG, AI, or data analytics preferred).
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ annual quota with mid-to-long sales cycles.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong consultative sales skills and ability to craft compelling business cases.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and data-driven decision making.
