Wisy is an AI-powered platform that transforms fragmented retail data into real-time, actionable insights â helping CPG brands stay ahead of the competition. We’re looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive strategic growth and close major deals with global CPG players.
đŒ What Youâll Do:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle: from sourcing to closing
- Build strong relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Identify customer pain points and position Wisyâs value effectively
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and stakeholder alignment
- Collaborate with Product to align solutions with real customer needs
- Partner with Customer Success for smooth post-sale transitions
- Create strategic account plans and forecast accurately
- Drive multi-threaded engagement within target accounts
- Use CRM tools to track opportunities and maintain pipeline health
- Participate in events and trade shows to grow brand visibility
- Stay informed about retail tech trends and competitive landscape
- Report on KPIs and conversion metrics regularly
- Work cross-functionally with marketing for targeted campaigns
- Provide feedback to improve the sales process and playbook
- Help shape Wisyâs GTM strategy during a key growth phase
đ§© What Youâll Bring:
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS sales (CPG, data/analytics preferred)
- Proven track record of $1M+ quota attainment
- Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Consultative selling approach with strong storytelling skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strategic mindset and great business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
