UX/UI Designer

📍 Remote | 🕐 Full-time | 🎨 Design Systems / B2B SaaS / AI Interfaces

We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, elegant user experiences for a complex AI product. You’ll help bridge Wisy’s real-time data capabilities with seamless user journeys across CPG workflows.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for core product flows
• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand use cases
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing
• Create interaction flows and high-fidelity visuals in Figma
• Build and evolve Wisy’s design system and component library
• Ensure visual consistency across all interfaces
• Work with engineers to deliver pixel-perfect implementations
• Design responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
• Consider accessibility best practices across all designs
• Gather user feedback and iterate based on insights
• Support data visualization for insights dashboards
• Help with marketing and onboarding assets when needed
• Create design documentation and handoff specifications
• Stay updated on industry design trends and SaaS UX patterns
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CS and Engineering teams

🧩 What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI Design (SaaS or enterprise preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing product design work
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent tools
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills
• Experience working closely with development teams
• Familiarity with accessibility and design for data-rich interfaces
