Wisy, a high tech startup, among latin startups acknowledged by Stanford University

Min Chen, CEO of Wisy, is chosen to participate in a program created for Latino entrepreneurs in the United States. This program supports Latino-led companies to achieve higher levels of scalability.

May 31, 2021. Wisy CEO and Co-Founder Min Chen is chosen to participate in the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative Education-Scaling Program (SLEI-Ed) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business (GSB). This program, created by The Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Latino Business Action Network (LBAN), in collaboration with Stanford University, seeks to support Latino entrepreneurs in the United States who have founded companies with more than $ 1 million in sales or investment.

According to the SLEI report, 2020 State of Latino Entrepreneurship, Latino entrepreneurs in the United States make up the fastest growing segment of the small business ecosystem. However, the average annual income generated by these companies is lower than that of other companies since they do not scale to higher levels of performance. The program was created to correct these barriers and support entrepreneurs in closing the gap and accessing opportunities that can generate $ 410 billion for the United States economy.

“We are a high-tech company in artificial intelligence aimed to be influential in the world of data. Our participation in the SLEI-Ed program with Stanford University will make it easier to achieve planned results in less time and increase the value of our company through key contacts, resources and business knowledge of the highest level.”
